How to fix ELS crashes/LSPDFR crashes on startup/Modded Cars crash

Hello, i know some people have this issue, i used to have this issue as all,

I will give you the steps on how to fix this error and get LSPDFR to work.

First of all, for this you need openiv as your modding tool, which you can download here: https://openiv.com/

2. Open openiv and select Grand Theft Auto 5

3. A box will appear asking you for your game directory, please enter the directory, it will automatically set rockstar or steam directories.

3b. to view your games directory, go to rockstar launcher or steam and right click to properties, then click "View Game Files"

4. Now that openiv is set up, download automatic installer of lspdfr [its more stable and makes it easier for all of us] And run it, it will immediantly ask you where the directory is.

4b. Enter your directory and click ok, it will then install LSPDFR and all the needed components

5. Next, you wanna open up ragepluginhook, and click on the settings icon before it opens the game, it will close and shortly after open the settings menu, Click where it says "Plugin Timeout Threshold" and set it to 60000, which will be a minute, this will make RPH wait for a minute untill thinking about deenabling LSPDFR

6. Now the important part, as you all know the vanilla gameconfig, well, its trash for modding, so just throw that in the recycle bin and download this more powerful one: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

7. Once you do that,open up the rar or zip with winZIP or winRAR, and click on the gameconfig folder inside

8, Next you will see many options, for now, just click the stock traffic folder, if you want to add the others, it requires to know what your doing.

9. Now, open up openiv again and place that gameconfig that you selected in the stock traffic folder into your MODS folder

10. If you dont have a mods folder, create one by going to one of the rpf files in openiv, and clicking edit, this will cause openiv to warn you to create a mods folder, click make one and download openiv.asi and all of the others that are here that shows up after that.

11. now, you need to copy the ENTIRE update folder inside the mods folder, after you do that open it up with openiv and go to as follows - mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

12. When you are here, go back to your gameconfig and drap and drop it into the folder, this will replace the trashy gameconfig with the new one

13. when you are done, download the packfile limit adjuster here - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster

14. After download, inject both of the files directly into your GTA 5 directory, this will make it so your game better performs with mods and functions.

15. After that, please download the heap adjuster here - https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster

16 Directly insert it into the main directory by dragging and dropping again, but instead of leaving, edit packfilelimitadjuster.ini and edit the packfile_imit_size to 5208, this will make it compatible with the new gameconfig

17. also edit the heapadjuster.ini heap value to 2000

18. Now restart your computer and update your computer if there is any,

19. now load up RPH, Turn off antiviruses if RPH cant connect to gta 5, and run in administrator

20. Wait for gta 5 to load up, and have fun officer!

this looks fishy like your just injecting a bunch of viruses into your gta 5 but i promise you it aint lol, test it on a vmware if you want, lspdfr will work perfectly

Some antiviruses flag RPH and LSPDFR as a virus due to their extensive memory usage, this can look malious to antiviruses,so turn off your antivirus before operation if you dont want any problems.
