My car is slowing down whenever I get close to other cars. I can't do PITs anymore, and it just makes driving that much more difficult. Why is it doing this? Is it a GTA thing? an LSPDFR thing? A plugin thing?

 

It's almost as if there is a "protective field" around the car that forces it to slow down and stop before hitting another car.

 

Whatever it is, I DON'T LIKE IT and want it gone.
