Hello! Need help. I was forced to reinstall my game due to game update. I followed all of the steps necessary to get back on track. Added my car choices, however, vanilla cars continue to populate instead of my car choices. I have deleted and re-added my mods folder as well as the same for Open IV. Not sure what else to do. File attached. Any feedback or help will be helpful. Thanks!

They need to be installed in GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday25ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

Sorry, I left off the Vehicles.rpf in my previous post. I did install there though. When i start the game, only the vanilla cars show up. Is there something else it could be? 

Reinstall your ASI Loaders in OpenIV -> Tools, then, restart your PC.

So to confirm, the only vehicle you installed was Police3, and that is not showing up?

Correct! I only put the one in because before, i spent all of that time adding the cars and none of them populate in game. So, POLICE 3 is the tester 

 

And I guess that isn't working.

No, it is not working. I have attached the DLC packs shot. Also, i am getting the weird loading thing with Rage. Shot also attached. Not sure if it is related 

Not related, that is an on-going issue with RAGEPluginHook that they are aware of.
As for DLC packs, you haven't installed a police3 anywhere else?
Referencing Albo's modding DLC I can see you have.

As for your vehicles, do any vehicles work (maybe try a random other slot)?

So far, no vehicles have worked. I did try other patchdays and slots. Still no luck. 

However, i will try again

 

I tried a different slot. No change still the same outcome. 

Odd.

I'm not sure then I'm afraid.
It may be worth trying a new mods folder, but I am out of ideas.
