Grammar Police dispatch does not respond to anything

Featured Replies

I've followed an up-to-date tutorial on how to install Grammar Police and it looks like everything has been installed correctly. When I launch the game and push down the right alt button it makes the beeping sound, but when I say something (like for example "Dispatch show me 10-8", it does that beep sound but dispatch does not respond with anything. I have set up Windows Speech Recognition and I used OBS and other programs to verify that my built-in microphone works. The language in the custom.ini file is set to en-US. Is it a software/hardware problem or is it my accent, as I'm not an English native speaker? Should I re-install Grammar Police? Help would be appreciated! 🙂

Personally I feel you may get better help on Opus49 discord channel.  He offers great support there.

Hi Benzo! I'm subbed to your yt channel btw, you make great tutorials! Yes I already joined his discord. Lots of nice people helped me there but the problem is still not fixed. They say it's some 3rd party software that is messing with grammar police, so I disabled them (i think). But the problem is still the same: Dispatch does not respond. It makes the radio beep sound but when I say something it doesn't reply.Do you think re-installing the addon might help?
