1. Remove ForceACallout. Its outdated.
2. Try playing just GTA V. Does it crash after 10 minutes then?

Yobbin Callouts caused your game to crash. Having seen a few, I'd remove it, and report it to the developer via the appropriate means.

i removed it now in raid on mafia casino in vinewood hills callout it crashed i dont know why here is the rph after crash

You still haven't done what UnknownBastion suggested: Remove ForceACallout.

If that doesn't help, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

i did that and i renamed the mods folder to _mods and it worked fine but i think the plugin time out theshold was set on 60000 i did that for some reason  now i set it on 10000 i think maybe this is the problem

Uh, no.

All you've done is given your plugins less time to load.

 

If it worked fine with the mods folder disabled, the issue is likely to be in there.

Revert your recent changes.

i did every thing i could and every time it crash and give me this 😞

Iam using the game now without specific callouts untill i fix that crash 

You just told me disabling the mods folder fixed the crash.

Now you are telling me nothing works?
