The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ultimate Backup - Park Ranger Spawning

I have downloaded an add-on park ranger pack with 3 vehicles. I installed it and the vehicles spawn/function fine. However, I attempted to update Ultimate Backup so that they would respond in addition to Pranger, but I can't seem to get it to work. In "CustomRegions.xml," I have all four ranger vehicles set to a 25% chance to spawn when calling for backup in the SAPR regions. However, only Pranger ever shows up. Interestingly, Ultimate Backup is not crashing or throwing errors, so I have no idea what I did wrong. Could someone please shed some light on the issue? The xml is included.
