So basically, when I use the EUP backup thing and try to request any swat backup (even noose chopper) this pops out 
(note that I never modified the backup file of eup)

Instead, if I try to call like detectives, it straight up crashes lspdfr

btw I also reinstalled lspdfr multiple times (around 4 times) and this error always happened when I tried to use the EUP backup thing, I didn't test with the default lspdfr backup.

I've reinstalled lspdfr and the eup configurations multiple times (around 4, and yes I have both uniform packs installed)

More info.

I don't know what to think of that.  EUP is the Emergency Uniform Pack, doesn't have to do with calling backup.  You call backup with lspdfr backup or if you have Ultimate Backup by Bejoijo.  Might be installing something wrong?

So like, instead of the vanilla backup with the standard agency thing, there are multiple agencies like doa, iaa, fbi and so on

 

Same problem... when I try to call NOOSE SWAT Team, the "There´s an issue with the backup configuration file" window pop up, and when I call FIB Officers - whole LSPDFR crashes.
