The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I understand the persistent flashlight script is baked into @BejoIjo's excellent stoptheped mod. I did have it installed (PF) but deleted it when I realised it comes with STP, when I was trying to track down the cause of a bug. 

 

I've long had an issue with the PF script where a 'second' light source is shone out of the players chest and points wherever your character looks, as well as the correct one shining from your firearm.

 

There's no ini file to edit, only the dll. Has anyone had any success in overriding this?
