NOOSE pnj don't have the new outfit i installed (no EUP)

Hi !
I recently installed a new outfit for my NOOSE ped.

The outfit is of course the s_m_y_swat_01 files but i tried to install it in patchday4ng, patchday22ng, patchday25ng but it doesn't work.

 

I can choose it for my self trough the Simple Trainer (= TrainerV) in : Model Spawning > Spawn S Peds 2 > s_m_y_swat_01
But LSPDFR doesn't recognize the file : the basic one appears on NOOSE pnjs when calling NOOSE SWAT Team in the Backup Menu and it doesn't show up neither in the Police Locker.

 

Does anyone has an idea of how I could install it ?
