Game Crashing (in City) / LSPDFR Modding

Featured Replies

Hey there, I am new to modding, but for the past few days I've been running into an issue with LSPDFR/GTA 5.

I've noticed that my GTA 5 crashes (the whole game) when I am on duty in city limits (Los Santos). Simply walking around, driving around, calling for back up, or even trying a callout will crash the game. Now, if I am in the county (Paleto Bay/Sandy Shores) the game holds fairly well, maybe an hour without crashing.

Mods/Plugins:

- LSPDFR

- Cop Holster

- EUP (Only Law and Order & Search and Rescue Packs)
- gameconfig (Pack Limit/Heap Adjuster) - *TIRED MANY DIFFERENT ADJUSTMENTS HERE, NO LUCK*

- CompuLite

- BetterEMS

- Arrest Manger

- Traffic Policer

- Police Smart Radio

- StopThePed

- Ultimate Backup

- ELS

- LML Extra Slots 2.3.0

Fairly basic mods, nothing too advanced. My PC has great specs as well, it can hold GTA 5 (vanilla) to max graphics without any errors, CPU issues, crashes, or memory loss.

Here is where I *THINK* the issue is coming from: Custom Vehicles. I only have basic police cars (7 total), not even full DLCs/Packs, just simple cars/add-ons from the front page of LSDPFR that have fairly great development. Removing them all results in a smooth game, or having just two/three cars installed does. But why is it crashing with addons? Many YouTubers/other players are able to handle MANY cars with no issues, and I don't think it'd be my PC.

I've attached my latest crash report below, I loaded in, went in the middle of Los Santos on duty, and my game crashed in seconds.

If anyone can help or give any advice I'd truly appreciate it! Have a blessed day!

I've seen this in many other topics to rename the mods folder to "_mods," which crashes my game before load up, so no luck there either..

As Matt said remove your albo mods as they are obsolete, even the albo common. The problem could be coming from the vehicles. Are the textures 4k? If so that can cause crashes if there are too many with 4k textures. Use paint.net and lower the image to 2048 and see if it still happens.
