The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I came back to playing LSPDFR after playing it months ago and I notice NPC's do not shoot at each other anymore? Police and suspects just aim at each other and that's it. 
Someone told me it could be that I am using older callout mods but nope, all up to date. And it even happens with base LSPDFR. GTA V and LSPDFR are both fresh installs.
