If you're on this forum I' m assuming you're talking about the PC version of GTA V, which has not been announced as to when it will be released or become open to pre-order.

Until then, you can pre-order if you're on a console sure. When it does get set for pre-order for the PC version, you can be sure I'll be doing just that.
