Game crashes after some time

Featured Replies

I'm having a similar issue, could you list the mods that you're using? Also, if you can, provide the crash report brought up by RAGE after the crash. I'm pasting the first few lines of mine below.

RAGE Plugin Hook v1.87.1293.16189 PUBLIC

Game: Grand Theft Auto V
Game build: 2372
Branch: Steam

Plugins loaded at the time of the crash:
LSPD First Response by G17 Media.
Cop Holster by PieRGud / Yard1.
    EUP Menu by EUP Team.

No plugin was ticking at the time of this crash.
Base address: 00007ff792270000
Exception address: 00007ff7935f8b8a
Exception offset: 01388b8a
Exception code: 0xc0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION)

This exception in bold, from what I've seen looking it up, is not a fun issue to have.

i recommend you to install lspdfr in a fresh game folder.

And if for every issue we encountered we did that we wouldn't get very far...

@SyngYobbin Callouts caused a crash in the log.

I'd remove it, then report it to the developer.

As well as, you have out of date plugins. I advise using plugins that have been updated for LSPDFR 0.4.7 at least.

Go through your plugins list and remove those that don't meet this to prevent instability.

How to i check which ones are out of date?

Best way I know how is just lookup up the mod and seeing if it supports the current version of the game, which can be seen in file information (ex. shown in attached image). This can take a while though, and if you are using an older version of the mod that isn't supported and you don't know it, it could be confusing.

You should try the following lspdfr settings for testing purposes  also disable ambient events with all plugins until you test each one to find your issue. but try these settings first. be sure to make a backup of your previous settings

Where did you get that from?

@Syng Disable ambient spawns by editing this in your lspdfr.ini

Main.DisableRandomUnits = true
