LSPDFR Crashing when it loads in after I load into the game.

Featured Replies

I too have the same results. I even tested on a fresh copy of GTAV and LSPDfr only, and still get a crash as soon as the game loads.. There's got to be a bug in .4.9

There has to be. I'm having the same issue as well and several other posts are experiencing the same thing. No matter what you do, LSPDFR continues to crash. Everything is updated correctly and my mods are all up to speed.

But, like you said, even on a clean copy of GTA V without mods and additional plugins, LSPDFR still manages to crash on it's own. This is the first and only time I haven't been able to get the game to work. I've tried everything I know, and the only conclusion I can draw at this point is the new version of LSPDFR has to be riddled with bugs.

Even the ones who manage to get the game working right are having problems. I hope these issues get resolved quick so we can all get back to playing.

I updated my game and lspdfr and everything, and it was working for a little bit then started doing this. But I agree it has to be a bug.

I fixed mine, here is how! I use the steam version and for what ever reason it did not create the patch day 25 folder. I deleted my mods folder and recreated it using openIV, copied the update and x64 folders back into the mods folder and it loaded perfectly and I was even able to go on duty. Also make sure you update your gameconfig.xml files.

I also use the steam version, although mine did have the patch day folder 😕 . Thank you anyway though!

Thanks for the suggestion! I too use the Steam version, but like Devix, my version does indeed have the patchday25 folder but RHP still fails to load any plugin into the game.

Try using a new gameconfig.xml file and see if that helps. you can download them from gta5mods.com. (only place I know where to get them) if not, send me your RPH log after the crash

Devix, your game is not working either? try to verify game files through steam by clicking manage>properties>local files>verify integrity of game files. Its going to take time but should help. If not, also send me a RPH log

I appreciate the help, but I worked with some folks on the RPH discord and still never got the issue resolved. Starting with a clean base modded update folder and adding each mod one by one after another, my test results where:

Working:
NVE (With ENB enabled believe it or not)

Not Working:

LibertyCity Remix and v3.0 moved

ViceCry (West)

WoV (Free Version)

Both Drive IV and V

Vanilla Extended Works
(I stopped trying to load single mods from my list after this but have many more)

The gameconfig I use is stable when not loading RPH and is playable on for hours with my heavily modded stack. And my stack also worked just fine before the Tuner and RPH update. My theory has been isolated to RPH no longer having permissions to access certain files in the mod folder. This is causing the "System.AccessViolationException" error seen in my logs. I will either wait for a RPH update that actually works or I guess my time playing GTAV with RPH has come to a close.

there was a new update for the gameconfig file i use that was released after the tuner update. and I am not familiar with the mods you are using in the not working list as i do not use them. I use plugins and still using visualV and NVR together. I use almost all of bejoljo's plugins and random callout packs. I got my game working fine with those. I can send you a list if you want. also, if I may ask, are alot of those mods that are not working openIV mods? I have been having trouble with the package installer with openIV installers. it caused me to have a failed zlib call error. so i stopped using those files. I hope your time with RPH hasnt come to a close but if you want I can still continue to help you and see if we can get it running

So I've found my issue, and your suspicious were correct. The culprit all along was my gameconfig. I tried to use F7y0's limitless and while everything worked, I now only get crashes every 15 minutes of play lol So progress?!

Now I believe it'll just be a manner of being on the hunt for a gameconfig that was as powerful as the one I used before the Tuner update.

I did exactly what you said through steam by clicking manage>properties>local files> verifying integrity of my game files, and it said something about 1 game file failing or somethin like that, what does that mean?
