[Zmodeler] help UVmapping default lightbar

Featured Replies

So I've been messing around with Rockstars default lightbar for a car mod im making. I have managed to map Lt. Caines lightbar PNG file to it in Zmodeler.

However, I get these red world reflections on the lightbar ingame. Does anyone know what texture this reads off and how to remove it or make it a clear reflection? I have looked but cant find what texture it reads from.

LEFT:Lt. Caines police cruiser with lightbar (how i want it to look). RIGHT: my car with red reflections on lightbar

Note: It does not show up in OpenIV:

I'm still quite new to Zmodeler, and I know its not that much of a problem, but I would like it to be fixed before i release the car. Any help would be appreciated.

The best way to see what material is mapped to an object is to open the material editor and uncheck and check the little tick boxes until the object dissapears and re appears upon checking and unchecking a material. If you have any question in regards to zmodeler and GTA IV modding send me a pm and I will try to answer accordingly.
