I need some assistance at my problem

This police car https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2018-surrey-sussex-police-bmw-5-series-touring-els in the "police" slot has actually pretty cool rear lights but is there a way to make them a little bit brighter? How can I change that? Is this an issue with the "police" police car?

Go to visualsetting.dat and hit control F search car.def and raise the numbers slightly
