Solutions

  1. aLExGO's post in [SOLVED] GTAV (with LSPDFR) crashes when going in full screen mode was marked as the answer   
    Found it out: The log of RPH in the game directory (ragepluginhook.log) says there is something broken with Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = false. So changed the value in lspdfr.ini to true and it's working again.
