Alright first of all I wana say that this is a realistic police community, Out of everything we still don't have wig wagging highbeams, Such as in real life the FPIUS have wig wagging highbeams and we still don't have that same applies for other cars we only have wig wags for the main headlights which in real life the FPIUS and other police cars dont have, Why is it so hard to make a plugin that makes the highbeams wig wag. Heres an example that shows how they should be

There has been a wig wag mod for MANY years actually. You just had to google gta v wig wag mod. First result.
