All right I got tired.
I just got a new notebook so I get back with this mod.
And now I just found that in at first all works fine.
Then I add plugin and callout one by one. still works fine
Then I started adding real car mod and I want to use with ELS.
Then my game started crash.
I'm  not sure is callouts or mod car cause.

cause if is mod car. I will crash at begging the game.
But my crash happen when I get on duty and just drive around the crash or if not cash it will carsh random when a callout came in.

About the vehicle.meta I got check twice.
Once a just mod up with unmark CVPI and it has it's own vehicle.meta.
So I mod them up without bug.
Then I modded the game with FBI car that is  unmark Dodge Charger. And it has a vehicle.meta then I got it in my mod file.
And my game crash even I just get in the police garage with FIB.
So I use  other vehicle.meta. replace it and game works just fine but with other crash.
i just delete FBI car mod
Now I have change with police, police 2, police 3 ,police 4, sheriff and sheriff 2

I also update my RAGENativeUI.
And I check the log and i have no clue.
I just  tired of crash.

If your game started to randomly crash after you installed a few vehicle mods, and/or replaced the original vehicle meta, then most likely the cause of crash is the vehicle mods you installed. 

 

Try to replace them with the original ones and let me know if that fixed the crash.

And it just fix my game.
I have with this mod and not crash anymore......
