The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Do you using a mods folder ? If yes try this tips to reduce chance of graphic memory overload :
Change Main.PreloadAllModels = true to Main.PreloadAllModels = false in Grand Theft Auto\lspdfr\lspdfr.ini

Disable Extended Distance Scaling in your advanced graphics settings.


If you game not using english language change it too.
 

Also remove PoliceSmartRadio and Keep Calm. Old plugin doesn't support anymore.

i change all of your tips thank u for this but now only "LSPD First Response.dll" is crashing lol

Edit: Another crash this time when I turn on the "https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/31838-els-los-santos-pd-mega-pack-lapd/" addon and spawn a vehicle then another crash 1 - 2 minutes later.
