Hey man
Launch Rage Plugin hook and hold the SHIFT key
Once the options pop up go to Plugins and under "Load these plugins on startup" uncheck the box next to LSPD First Response
Save and Launch
See if the game loads now

    @VadikAdikplease see this if it work and if it not help then please send ragelogs again and also check if you have heap limit, packfile, modified gameconfig , script hookv, script hookv dot net, rage native ui, native ui , etc
