Hi, I have installed 0.4.9 (7800) multiple times due to crashing when going on duty and noticed that the lspdfr.dll version says 0.4.8, (when I right clicked on it and went to properties then details), dont know if this would affect the game in any way but thought it should be mentioned.

It does have the new apartment in the game so i suppose it is the 0.4.9

For Info: I have sorted out the game crashing, (all to do with drive letters, the game was trying to search for a previous "E" drive which was replaced with a external drive after an internal drive crash), but still wondering about the version number for LSPDFR.dll (0.4.8 instead of 0.4.9)

Un-install BetterEms and try loading LSPDFR without it.  Issue appears to be with BetterEms, I had the same 
Origin: Game fiber "LoadingSpinner"
while I had BetterEms installed.

also make sure you have BEMS files backed up if you have anything edited

You are missing the Localization.ini for CompuLite. Re-download and install CompuLite.

Oh damn... very good spot mate! Did not see that one.

Also, I had the exact same issue while I had BetterEms installed. Not sure what i mucked up though, thought it conflicted with my other plugins. I'll be sure to take a look
