The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have this weird problem for a while now where sometimes cops spawn in wrong in traffic.

I don't know why this is happening. This also very rarely happens inside the downtown police station. I thought it was related to plugins, so I removed all of those and even completely reinstalled both ragepluginhook and LSPDFR, but this still happens. Not always, but pretty often.

 

Here's the RagePluginHook log if needed, a few seconds after I made the screenshot above.
