Stuck in "Status: Out Of Service"

Hello All,

 

For some reason I am stuck in "Out of Service" and therefore do not get any calls, nor can I communicate with dispatch through Grammar Police. When I go On Duty it still says Out of Service. Please Help!

    Because you need to speak to Grammar Police and make yourself available.

    Did you ever figure this out I am stuck out of service and cannot communicate with dispatch and even when I set it to available for calls I’m still stuck out of service
