    No, being out of service is not the issue.  You can manually make yourself available for calls via the LSPDFR context menu ('M' key) or just turn off the GP handling of it.  But that's not the problem.
     
    Based on your new log, you have this error:
    [6/26/2021 3:02:50 PM.411] LSPD First Response: GrammarPolice [RecognizeCompletedHandler] ERROR: Internal error occurred in the recognition process.
     
    This is a software conflict error.  There's a section for this error in LANGUAGE.txt in the Documentation folder that comes with Grammar Police (in the RAR file).
