recently I have downloaded multiple mods that are meant to help improve the entire experience but once i installed everything and loaded up my game, specifically just lspdfr wouldn't load and kept on crashing

you should attach a log so the community can help you but judging by your list of mods you have a lot of outdated plugins and callouts
