The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I'm not sure why I'm crashing, but according to the log it's something to do with LSPDFR's Engine.

    Have you try without the Plugins ?

    Ben Jack from Emmen The Netherlands and I have been playing many jamen MP games such as ATS and ETS2 in a VTC. I've had GTAV LSPDFR for many years but never really did anything with it and thought I should do something about it.

    Log says "Exception message: Processing cache while it's still in use - one or more subcalls may have caused the thread to yield" which usually isn't a big deal. A simple game restart should do.
    I'd also recommend removing Albo's plugins (Computer+, PoliceSmartRadio etc. ) and other outdated plugins which can help improve game stability.
