The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Have you recently edited any .xml's?
It seems you have put an invalid argument. If so, please revert the changes.

You also seem to have a lot of outdated plugins.

Some outdated plugins can cause your game to be unstable, so I would recommend you remove them.

Some of them (not all) include...

Traffic Policer

Tacco highway Callouts

High Priority

Bank Callouts

You can check the date of a file in the description:

Have you try it without any plugins 

Ben Jack from Emmen The Netherlands and I have been playing many jamen MP games such as ATS and ETS2 in a VTC. I've had GTAV LSPDFR for many years but never really did anything with it and thought I should do something about it.
I am married and have kids
