So everything was going pretty fine for the last 3-4 Days considering my FPS being at 30-40 stable, not dropping any Number at any Place.

Problems started yesterday, as I booted the Launcher up (RAGE) and wanted to play. The Game lags for the first 15-20 Seconds while loading LSPDFR & Co.

At first it seemed like the Game has it's regular stutters (which come with LSPD:FR) but after waiting for about 5 Minutes (The Time usually eveything should run smoothly,

It stuttered forever, making the Game un-playable. I think everyone can agree that stuttering of this Size can ruin your Motivation to Play.

I spent 3 Hours of my Life, trying to search the Internet on possible Solutions, with no Luck. I even updated/reinstalled LSPD:FR+All Plugins+All Callouts

I even installed a so-called "Stutter Remover" https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-srl-stutter-removal-launcher which didn't fix it at all, aswell as a "FPS Booster" https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-5-fps-booster which ALSO didn't make anything. My last resort was turning down all my Graphics making my Picture look like a Garbage Can. 

 

N O T H I N G

 

I updated my Drivers, I updated my PC I did everything that could possibly fix this Issue, only to leave me there with a Stuttery GTA 5 in General.

 

Please consider leaving a Comment on how to fix this.

I forgot some things.

I have exactly the same issue, it was working fine and all of a sudden one day started stuttering. I suspect it was a window update but idk i can be wrong. i have done ecerything to fix it, played without mods and plugins and lspdfr, doesnt fix anything which means the problem lies within the game and not lspdfr. Lets keep each other posted if we find a solution. thanks

Now perfect, just found out scripthookV isn't updated for the latest GTA V Verison. Wow!
