error when arresting a ped

i was playing lcpdfr and got bored so i downloaded bait car. i go into lcpdfr now and it says "error with script does not match system 1" or something like that. i am allowed to pull people over and everything else but it doesnt allow me to arrest peds. please help:/

I think it's another bait car mod from another GTA modding site. That's my guess.... I don't think it's the police helper.

i got the bait car mod from a website that now no longer exists :p i tried to switch to the original bait car mod i have and now it is saying the file is broken

By original bait car mod, you mean policehelper? I'd say redownload that and try it, As the bait car mod you've been using I have no idea what one it is so I couldn't help you fix it.

yes i mean policehelper sorry. and the problem with that is i cant redownload it

I wonder where did you find it, because PoliceHelper is LCPD:FR site exclusive.

Try latest version from here ->

Also check if you have vdH_Errors.log file in game main directory and paste it here if it exists.

i now have the policehelper and it works. but the error continues to happen on startup of lcpdfr the file says this

But you had PoliceHelper before, when LCPD:FR crashed? Does LCPD:FR crash when you are not using PH?

That error is something new to me. It shouldn't crash at status 6 if it passed status 5 without problems. Does that PH error occurs always when you wait for thief?

If LCPD:FR crashes without PoliceHelper installed it's not PHs fault. I can't hep you with that PH error now as currently PH is in pieces and I can;t prepare special debug version for you to track where it crashes exactly. Hopefully next version will work for you. Do other modules crash too, or only bait car?

only bait car has that error but now i was able to fix it. i think it was a one time error i fixed. the lcpdfr error itself happened after the false website download. i am trying to fix it but i dont know what files it downloaded. do you know if this file is required 876bd1d9393712ac.bin it is a BIN file

I have no idea what is that file. In zip you downloaded was BaitCar.net.dll and ScriptHookNet.dll. I suggest you reinstall LCPD:FR and see if it helps.

Now I'm lost. you may remove BaitCar.net.dll form your scripts directory but I doubt it will help. I just can't figure out what is happening with your game.

i found the ScriptHookNet.dll file and removed it and it fixed it
