so i downloaded LCPDFR but when i start the game and hit left alt p or alt p the screen goes from clear to blury so im wondering if how i installed it was correct Computer>Cdrive>Program files (x86)>Steam>Steam maps>Common>Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes From Liberty City>Okay i thought this is how i was supposed to do it.....

still didnt work

just press p only. p is the turn on or off definition.

I personally could not get the program to work correctly or at all when i was trying to do the install inside of my steam folder....

I copied and pasted the whole folder to another place, just in my regular C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA IV

This way i can make the whole thing editable to as steam like to try to make things read only and that effects your ability to use downloaded stuff.
