OK After the new update I cannot get the dlcs to work. Yes , everything in open is installed. Scripthook is good, my dlc list is correct I reinstalled x64 and update rpf to a new mod folder I made. I added 1 simple car and it wont work. Something is not calling on the mods , what am I missing here   its all the dlcs. 

What exactly loads the DLC folders??
