So every time i start the game in the city i get "gangsters" who just keep spawning and killing me but if i go on sandy they stop spawning any fixes? id be really grateful if somone would tell me i looked in a solution but didn't found any.

LSPDFR doesn't spawn "gangsters".

In normal GTAV it doesn't happen only in LSPDFR

Well upload your lspdfr.ini (gta folder/lspdfr/). Also could you make a screenshot ingame?

Maybe try to make a clean reinstall of LSPDFR and GTAV(if lspdfr alone doesn't work)
