Where does one find the mod to make the view look like this from inside the car to see the hands on the wheel???

and at .17-.18 seconds...What tone is that??? Its not the GPS tone...Its a different one...what is it???

The sound at 17seconds is the bullhorn/airhorn. It comes with the siren.
