I tried downloading a vehicle pack and it failed, but I cant seem to fix it

I tried downloading this vehicle pack and it failed, so I tried remo ving it and it still crashed my game. When I also tried to install the pack, It removed my other modded vehicles. Crash report 1 is the crash report when before I tried removing the pack, and crash report 2 is the crash report after I  tried removing the pack. PLEASE HELP
