These Darn NPCS!

I gotta ask, I love this mod and have been playing since LCPDFR. I gotta ask you guys though, what can be done with these crazy npcs? I'm asking because I like a more realistic approach to the game but when you have cops that park on fences and npcs trying to ram each other when shooting is going on, it bugs me. Is there any mods out there to iron out these issues or is this just a problem with GTA V npc behavior. I have been working through my mods and trying to find ways to make these fools smarter but I'm running out of options, haha.

I ask because I wanted to do a simple traffic stop on some tighter roads, I called for backup due to driver issues and by the time I turned around, I noticed I had NPCS smashing head first into each other, others trying to drive over and this happened in the span on two minutes.
