  1. AoshiZero's post in LSPDFR Garage Liverys was marked as the answer   
    I figured it out. I ended up adding this to dlc for mp2024_01, edited the car carvariations file to make up for this and got my liverys. I had to have the same policet3 files in patchday20ng in order to spawn the file but that fixed my issues.
