Hello all!

My name is Kobey, I have been part of this community since the early days of GTAIV. I have always been making skins and skinning uniforms since I started. However, I never really uploaded any of them. I have always run RP communities and that was always my niche. I just got back into releasing files and I plan on making a ton of skins based on the state I live in, Massachusetts. I work in public safety here in MA (Nice try internet weirdos I'm not telling you what I do) and I want to make some content based on some of the cool stuff I've seen!
