Hey there!

I was wondering If there exists a plugin, which makes it possible to interact with a driver sitting in his vehicle while being on foot.
Right now I just can make a traffic stop with my car and then talk to the driver through the menu.

If you use Stop the Ped by Bejoijo you can go to the driver side and press E twice or Hold down E and the driver will automatically get out of the vehicle.  But that is more of a ped stop than a traffic stop which brings up a different menu if I remember. I think you can still ask and do the same type of questions and actions.  It's just that the driver gets out of the vehicle instead of staying in.  I don't know what can be done about that. 

It is not possible to initiate a traffic stop on foot.  If I remember correctly, LSPDFR's code for traffic stops is heavily reliant on being in a vehicle, and modifying it to not be would not be a quick task.  You can follow JBin's workaround with STP.  I am also working on a project that will allow you to interact with peds in a vehicle, but again, it will not be a traffic stop recognized by LSPDFR.

I'm currently working on a Police Tool plugin and pulling over Vehicle's on foot is one of the features. Don't know when it will be released yet

Is it a planned feature, or have you already implemented it?  Curious how you trigger LSPDFR's pullover state without a vehicle.

I've already implemented it. You only need a vehicle to trigger it, not to keep it.

 

Create an invisible vehicle, warp the player inside, initiate the Traffic Stop function and then delete the vehicle again. You can probably hide the whole "sitting in vehicle" animation too if you really wanted, but it's just for a split second anyway.

 

After the Function is initiated you can still give the Driver Tasks to drive to a certain position and whatnot

Interesting.  Is the warping pretty noticable, even if only just a split second?

Your character does the sitting animation, it looks like your character is spazzing out. However even if you blink you'd miss that. 

 

But as I said, you can probably hide that with some good timed animation, or creating a new camera and do a "cinematic view" for a short period
