So after playing & streaming someone pointed out that a lot of people were wanted/no insurance/no registration etc. So today I cleaned my GTA folder up and edited a lot of things including StopThePed's Insurance/Registration percentages. After that didn't work I went into Traffic Policer because I saw that in STP it says;

 

// If you have Traffic Policer installed, this setting is ignored since STP will refer the vehicle registration status from Traffic Policer.

 

After checking traffic policer I didn't find anything that would change the % or the chance of a plate coming back flagged. I'm at a loss and it kinda ruins it when I run a plate and almost every time it comes back flagged. I want to lower the chance of a plate I run through PoliceSmartRadio to come back flagged.

 

TL;DR ran 8 different plates through Plate Check in PoliceSmartRadio and 7 of the 8 came back as flagged, wanna lower the chance.

It can cause Traffic Policer because is not longer supported. Try uninstalling Traffic Policer.

Is there a way to get PoliceSmartRadio to continue working because I tried that and PSR wouldn't work without Traffic Policer.

I use "Traffic Policer" along with "STP" and other plugins for a long time. I think the percentages of detecting vehicle flags are equally balanced. 

 

If you wish to keep "Traffic Policer," increasing the amount of vehicles that are spawning in traffic could be a solution. You can try to increase your population density, or install a custom gameconfig with modified traffic densities. 

I'm using PoliceSmartRadio and it's running without problems.

The answer to that is no, you must have both plugins installed in order for one of them to work properly. Regarding your vehicle flag issue, you should try increase your population density.

My density and variety are maxed out and always have been.
