November 2, 201213 yr I know you need the patch 1.0.7.0 for GTA IV to run LCPDFR. Whenever I install it, my game does not start up for some reason, it loads or whatever but it doesn't load. And when I try to install LCPDFR without installing the patch my game crashes while loading. What is the problem? I know my computer doesn't reach the requirments I think I don't have the right CPU and the one I have I don't think I can change it. I'm getting a new computer soon but I just want to know what is causing this?
