Every time I request EMS backup through the LSPDFR backup menu, LSPDFR crashes. Any help would be appreciated.

Please check if you have the following file:

• Grand Theft Auto V\LSPDFR\audio\scanner\RESIDENT\DISPATCH_INTRO_01.wav

If the file exists, please check it.

You can do this by simply opening it with a double click. It should play a sound.

I do have the audio file, and it does play without issues.

we can add the following.
Open the file "RagePluginHook.ini" in your GTA 5 root directory with your favorite text editor and change the value 10000 from the parameter "PluginTimeoutThreshold" to 60000.

Then just try to call an ambulance as backup. (But note my message still from above...)

It's already on 60000.

 

As far as vehicle mods yes, Ive got replacements for each police vehicle, but no ambulance mods.

 

The ambulance loads normally when called from Ultimate Backup, as does every vehicle in the LSPDFR garage.

 

After further testing, the only backup that doesn't cause the crash is the LSPD vehicles.

 

EMS, Fire, NOOSE, LSSD, all crash LSPDFR, but only when called from the LSPDFR backup menu.

 

Could this perhaps be caused by the police vehicle mods? I didn't have any problems in 0.4.7.

You should have a look at your configuration of LSPDFR in a remote maintenance. - So the whole thing could be solved faster. - But you don't have to!

What I would recommend you anyway, UltimateBackup for the supports and any backups to use and not the normal menu of LSPDFR.

Yeah, that's what I did anyway. Just went and changed all the key commands around so ultimate backup is my default. I'll probably just do a reinstall at some point.
