ENB-modified and modified visualsettings.dat what is the difference?

Just curious on what is the difference. Technical and such.

ENB adds more graphical features on top of the visualsettings.dat, visualsettings.dat allows you to directly tweak the default engine features.

So basically my understanding is that ENB allows more features. Apologies if this was not your question.

no its okay. But do you know if it is kind of a new engine or something similar?

ENB? It's a modified DirectX library file to allow the adding of more things. I can't be specific but do a little google searching or somebody else may know more.
