Reinstall PoliceSmartRadio.

Though, I do advise you just remove it as it is out of date, as is a few other plugins you have that could be causing the crashes you describe.

A link for what?

A plugin that is similar to PoliceSmartRadio. So i can replace it 😄

Stop The Ped replaces it features wise.

But the UI you get with it doesn't currently have a replacement.

Looking at your RPH log we see some plugins that are outdated.  All by albo are outdated though I do use his DLC pack Modding and that works just fine.  A lot of his mods are replaced by Bejoijo's Stop the Ped and Ultimate Backup. There is a plugin called Custom Pullover which was taken from Albo's Traffic Policer that someone made up.  I don't have time to look it up now but it's on this site.  Here are outdated plugins in your Log.

 

Alpr+ =  Not sure if it's outdated.

Arrest Manager is outdated, should uninstall.

Assorted Callouts is outdated, should uninstall.

Better EMS is fine.  I have that and not a problem.

Computer+ = I have that and it works good, just have to not move too fast with it.  But I like the way it looks.  Seems to be fine with me but others have had problems with it.  Most use Compulite by Bejoijo.  I haven't switched yet.

Deadly Weapons2 not familiar with.

Door Control not familiar with.

High Priority I think is a Callout pack that I think is outdated, not sure.

Keep Calm = I don't know if you need that anymore if you have Stop the Ped. 

LSPDFR+ is outdated, should uninstall

PeterUCallouts I think is OK.

PoliceSmartRadio is outdated and needs Traffic Policer to work so just uninstall that.  I don't know of a replacement anyone has for a radio.  Most just use the Menu options. 

Interop. = I don't know what that is.

Section136 callouts = not sure if it's outdated or still works.

Stop the ped = Good, that could be conflicting with Albo's plugins you have installed.

SuperCallouts = Good

Traffic Policer = Outdated, should uninstall.

Typical Callouts = Not sure if it's outdated

Ultimate Backup = Good

Variety Callouts = Not sure

 

Just because a plugin is outdated doesn't mean it won't work or cause problems BUT it is a good place to start.  So anything outdated you might remove.
