Due to the fact there are not any Delaware car models I don't feel like doing anything with Delaware intill there are Delaware car models.

Cars and skins. I know what they look like, I am just saying give me the colors they use if you know... it would make it alot easier.

Navy Blue with a gold stripe, logo on the door. But depending on the car the state trooper text is in gold or navy blue if this is what you meant.
