Vehicle light bars not rendering

My vehicles are loading in with some lights working and ELS working just fine. The only issue is that the actual light bar is not showing up. (There is nothing on the roof but the antenna). The vehicle renders show up just fine in the OpenIV preview but not in the game. I would appreciate any help. Thank you
