My game Crash again and again after I installed Dispatchworks Pack OIV, I can't fix the problem...

This means you have an error in your mods folder - we know as your game has worked with it disabled.

Hmm... only Dispatch works,It use OIV pack. the other files is add-on vehicle and ped

And did you install them all at once without testing any of them first?

Yes, after I test add-on vehicle, I just leave the game and install all the OIV pack inside the Dispatch works zip file at once.

Have you installed a packfile/heap adjuster as well as a custom game config?

Yes, and I set limit as 1000.

Try uninstall Dispatch works then.

That is why I post this, I don't know how to uninstall it !!!!! Can you teach me ???

How to uninstall OIV files:

1. Download WinRAR/7-Zip

2. Open the OIV file and locate the folder called "assembly.xml"

3. In there you can see all files that it replaced.

    You now need to delete them (make sure you are in your mods folder!)

Just delete, not replace with original backup ??

Nope. It will use the files outside your mods folder - the vanilla ones.

You can install a custom gameconfig, yes.

I try it and my game start up success but there is another problem, I make of my mods in the dlclist.txt and most of mods load in, but some of that didn't so as my bulletproof vest and belt.

Then you most likely installed the incorrectly. Check the dlcpacks making sure they are there and if so, reinstall them.
