game keeps crashing as soon as I pull out of the station

Featured Replies

My damn game keeps crashing as soon as pull out of the station. My LSPDFR loads up and after it loads up and go into the garage to pick my vehicle I start to notice a texture loss and then that transitions into trying to pull out of the station with textures loss and then pulling out of the station, then it crashes.

As for the loss of texture, compare the question-answer under "Other problems", to be clear: "The game world starts to disappear when I go on duty or load LSPDFR:"

here:

If your game crashes then I kindly ask you to attach the Ragepluginhook.log file

In between "Initializing texture system; phase 10 and phase 11" there is a line [3/8/2021 5:29:34 PM.424] Pixel Shader 5.0 not supported. Falling back to 4.0.

Wonder if that is causing the texture problem and crash.  I don't know what that means though.  I don't have an interruption when loading the texture system phases on my log.  Maybe someone else may know what that means.

Remove Arrest Manager, ComputerPlus, Interop.WMPLib, Koma.Extensions, LSPDFR+, LSPDFRXmlHelper, Traffic Policer and update RichsPoliceEnhancements to 1.5.1.0, Section136Callouts to 0.1.0.0, UltimateBackup to 1.8.5.1

Still crashed as soon as I pulled out of the station.

Remove Interop.WMPLib and remove eveything inside the commandline (.txt) then save and close. If the problem persists rename mods folder to _mods (if you have one)

The first is a plugin that you have installed, while the second file is named like that and you find it in the main folder of GTA 5

LSPDFR loaded Interop.WMPLib as a LSPDFR plugin. That file, from what I searched, it's the library related to Windows Media Player. Try to remove all LSPDFR plugins (move everything inside Plugins\LSPDFR to another folder) and see if it's still crashing.

Supporting is somewhat like locating an issue, then trying to apply a protocol that would eventually guide the subject to fix their game, and sometimes, on rare occasions, trying to diagnose a weird issue with everything you know.
