It can't be that since we disabled your mods folder.

Move dinput8.dll from your directory to your desktop and retry.

Nope, didn't work. 

What we've done is:
1. Try without RAGE

2. Disabled your mods folder
3. Disabled all your ASI scripts + files that require SHV

 

I'm afraid a reinstall may be your only option.

Oh dear. Well, I do have a vanilla copy of the game I use to play online, so it's really not a big deal. I'll just need to reinstall everything.

Ok, I've seemed to fix the loading screen issue, I'll reinstall everything and let you know if it still crashes.

I actually found out that it was my LML that was causing the game to infinitely load. I reinstalled that since I had forgotten to and the glitch returned. So I uninstalled it and the game seemed to work fine. Not sure what the problem was, maybe support for the new update hasn't been released yet.

How odd, might have been an install through LML.
