Open the RAGE settings by pressing the gear icon on the splash screen.

Ok, so. GTA is loading with rage. I loaded in with rage and then loaded LSPDFR But it kept crashing and not loading properly so I changed the setting With rage to load plug-in And we are back to infinitely loading. Seems to be LSPDFR Is the problem
